Weeks 14 + 15

What we've been doing​

  • These past two weeks have been creating a story to present for our elevator pitch. alt text
  • A strong focus has been made on the benefits our software has on the engagement in communities, with minimal technical details
  • Due to starting term, progress has been slow on the coding front. Semantic Search, CMS backend and Structured Data Upload are not completed yet. LLM Chat was finished.
  • Semantic search has made good progress, with Mohamad having completed the algorithm, and is now working on integrating it with the front end and database. Here is an example of it working with some test data: alt text alt text

Evaluation​

  • Mohamad's contribution to the elevator pitch has been extremely beneficial. We have a persuasive pitch that we are sending to our client liasons and others before pitching.
  • It is possible for us to implement all of our Must Haves, Nayeem and Mouid are making good progress with their respective features.

What we will be doing​

  • Ibrahim has refined our MoSCoW List
    • We will assign further out once the team members are finished with Semantic Search, CMS backend and Structured Data Upload
    • Ibrahim will work on Reporting page
  • In the next two weeks we aim to finish all our Must Have features
